As the founder of A Little Bit of Therapy and A Whole Lot of Jesus I have set my life’s mission to help those who are hurting and contrite in spirit and cannot find their way out. I have always desired to be for people what I needed when I was at my lowest point. It was my faith that anchored me and brought me to the other side. Throughout my career I have seen time and time again non-profit agencies, criminal justice systems and community mental health agencies address the mind without addressing the spirit which would create a series of revolving doors. My hope is to create the “one door” that will address the whole person and the root issue. As a therapist and believer I hope to address the root so that you will finally end the cycle and live in true freedom.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist both in the state of California and Texas. I also hold a licensure in Professional Clinical Counseling in California. With over 8 years of experience working in community mental health agencies, I specialize in trauma informed care and utilize this approach in rendering care to clients. I have diverse experience in several sectors, such as, criminal justice, collaborative courts, community mental health, education and health care. I have successfully helped clients work through anxiety, depression, addiction, worry , low- self esteem and much more.

My hope is that by entering into a therapeutic relationship with me you will be able to be free from whatever is limiting you and keeping you from fulfilling your God- given purpose.
